I just got back from my first trip with this little computer. With such a long battery life I checked the cords in with my luggage, never brought them out! The computer, in it case, went through security in it’s case with no problems. It was light to carry and very easy to use. The screen, with all the ads was a bit small, but doable.
This is a great netbook for someone who doesn’t want the weight and bulk of a laptop. I did upgrade my memory to 2gb and it was very easy to do. Also have purchased the Toshiba Portable Multi Drive so I can now burn CD’s and load programs into my netbook. All this fits nicely into the Targus Sport bag.

The new ASUS Eee PC T91MT straight out of the box!
We are building software that will run as a desktop application on touch tablet PCs and one of the requirements is for these particular users to be able to easily carry the machine around the job site and quickly enter data without having to sit down and type. We had preordered this new ASUS model on Amazon and based on rumors throughout the Twitter world and elsewhere, I wasn’t sure if it would arrive before December. Mine arrived via ground shipping on Friday, November 13th! Its fit and finish is nicer than the old T91, and so far I am happy with the touch screen capabilities. I’ll try to run it through a full gamut of real-world scenarios to see how it holds up…
