The 7 inch Eee PC come in options of 2G/4G primary solid state drive (SSD) (for the Eee PC 2G Surf or Eee PC 700 and 4G / 4G Surf (701) respectively), or 8G secondary SSD options for the 8G (702) and 701SD (with the possibility of a 30 GB external hard drive storage support in some markets for the 701SD).

Netbook review: Asus Eee 1000HE
Sascha Pallenberg from netbooknews.de made a quick hands on review of the” 9.5 hours battery life” Eee 1000HE which will probably be my next netbook.
The official price for the spanish market has been set at 399€ which is a very competitive price considering the features of this model.
Intel Atom 280, 160gb hdd, 9,5 hours battery, chiclet keyboard (92% full size)… What else do you need?
Right now for me is this or the Samsung NC10 but hey, read the name of this blog… I think i’ll go for an Asus!
