Just got this mini netbook today. This is my personal 1st one. I determined to go with Asus because of selling price, design and feedback of users on internet. Though I read some users said that it has charger trouble or other issue, so far so good. I will bring up to date this later.
I looked at netbooks and small notebook computers for above a month, and I probably spent more time than is fair or sane on the entire undertaking – basically because I wanted to be able to journey lighter than before, and have a laptop that could still do most of what I require.
And so my key concerns when acquiring a low powered netbook were about it’s potential to play back video effortlessly. It plays avi files flawlessly for watching movies. streams from youtube very well. Things shot on my videocamera play decently in 720p, but it cant deal with 1080p. Battery is nice but be very careful to charge it a least 8 hours before turning it on, i made this mistake and it stunted the battery lifetime to about 7 hours, which is also good.
Lastly, I delighted with the overall speed, and got used to the small screen and keyboard fairly quick, i’m typing on it now! Wonderful little laptop.
