ASUS EEE PC T91MT Unboxing
ASUS’s second version of the T91, the T91MT continues to bind the gap between netbook and tablet pc. Weighing at just over 2 pounds the T91MT gives you the 8.9″ netbook form factor coupled with a multi-touch enabled touchscreen that can swivel 180′ and fold back, thus providing the convertible form factor for using as a tablet or regular netbook. Specs include: Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz CPU, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 32GB SSD, Intel GMA 500 graphics, 802.11b/g wifi, bluetooth 2.1, and Windows 7 Home Premium. THere are two things I don’t fancy about it: The Z520 CPU and the $530 price tag.

the battery will probably last longer than the warranty so I guess it’d be fun to rip it apart to replace the battery yourself. I know I would do that for sure when it went bad. I don’t trust other people with my electronics lol
I’ve put it through some tough use recently and I haven’t found the screen to have any problems with scratches.
is it possible to disable the multitouch? i will be doing mainly annoting pdf and powerpoint files… thanks
