AP22-T101MT, ASUS EEE PC T101 batteries

The Eee PC T91 has only been recently released and Asus is still weighing how it will perform in the market before coming out with its upgraded version – the Eee PC T101. What was previously announced as a June release for the T101 is now pushed tentatively to September.?Cheap AP22-T101MT 7.4V,4 cell Laptop Batteries, battery for ASUS EEE PC T101 battery?

This release date however still depends on how Asus’ first touch screen netbook will fare in the PC market. According to Digitimes, if Asus finds that the demand for the Eee PC T91 does not meet Asus’ expectations, the company may reconsider its plans to release other touch screen netbooks. This could also mean that Asus may totally cancel the production of other touch screen netbooks.

Last we had heard, ASUS’ Eee PC T101 tablet (or T101H) still had a place on ASUS’ massive Eee PC roadmap, and was on track for a late August / early September release after being pushed back from its original June launch date. According to DigiTimes   http://www.cheap-laptop-batteries.com/laptop-battery/sony-vgp-bpl8.htm   , however, the device’s future now looks to be even more uncertain, with it supposedly set for release this September “at the earliest.” Some unspecified “industry sources” further go on to say that the T101 (and other future ASUS netbook tablets) could either be pushed back further or scaled back on shipments if the company’s current Eee PC T91 doesn’t meet expectations, or possibly even canceled altogether.

Sure, Asus played up the Eee PC T91 netbook with the 8.9 inch convertible touchscreen during the company’s presentation this afternoon. But when all the talking was done, you know what I discovered? An Asus Eee PC T101H hanging out on the stage. It’s basically the same machine as the T91, except it has a 10 inch display and a shiny new keyboard with the shift key located to the left of the up arrow! The keys are also flat and MacBook-like, rather than the concave keys you find on most existing Eee PC mini-laptops. I personally prefer the concave keys, but I know a lot of folks have been waiting forever and a day for Asus to change the location of that shift key. And for thos people  http://www.cheap-laptop-batteries.com/laptop-battery/sony-vgp-bps8.htm  , I have some more good news: The Asus S121 also has a nice large shift key to the left of the up arrow.

In fact, Asus reps I spoke with said that pretty much every new Eee PC will feature the new keyboard layout with a larger shift key on the left side of the up arrow. The one exception is the Eee PC T91, which seems to use the same keyboard as the Eee PC 900/901 series.  http://www.cheap-laptop-batteries.com/laptop-battery/sony-vgp-bps9a-b.htm

The pricing on the Eee PC T91, T101H, and Asus S121 haven’t yet been finalized, but I think it’s fair to say that the S121 with its 512GB SSD is going to cost quite a bit more than your typical netbook. The goal is to keep the price for the Eee PC branded tablets comparable to other Eee PC netbooks.

Asus Eee Pad runs Windows Embedded Compact 7

Here is one very cool looking, ultra thin and ultra light tablet by Asus powered by Windows CE7 and running on an NVidia Tegra processor. It’s only 0,48 inches (1,21cm) thick, sports a touchscreen and a built in camera, supports Adobe Flash and is said to have 10hrs of battery life. Asus announced its release for end of 2010/beginning of 2011 but did not reveal the price. According to rumours it will start at $399.
